From Raw Material to Finished Products
Quality Control of Raw Materials
To better control product quality, we have upgraded from purchasing pipes of different specifications from outside to independently producing stainless steel pipes, enabling more precise control over dimensions and quality.
Automated Production Line
Our bottle body production line has been fully upgraded. The robotic automation line enables stable and efficient body production, while standardized manufacturing has significantly reduced the scrap rate and ensured consistent quality.
Staff Training & Operational Guidelines
We have developed work instructions for each step of the production workflow. We provide workers with thorough training and assessments to ensure that workers at every process can operate correctly and guarantee product quality.
In-Line Production Inspetion
We have deployed an adequate number of inspection personnel on the production line. Inspecting the quality of semi-finished products during the production process helps us identify and address issues in a timely manner, thereby ensuring the quality of finished products.
Product Functional Test Lab
Our testing laboratory can conduct salt spray tests, thermal insulation performance tests, dishwasher tests, strength-bearing tests, and water leakage tests, among others.
Shippment Inspection
We conduct pre-shipment inspections on each batch of finished products. We carry out random sampling inspections of the finished products in accordance with the AQL 1.5/4.0 inspection standard to ensure that the products of each order strictly meet the customer's order requirements in terms of size, color, logo printing and packaging, and that their functions comply with industry standards. Only after issuing a qualification report can the products be shipped.
